Descaling your dishwasher

1. Empty machine
2. Ensure the food filter on the floor of the machine is free from any debris
3. Pour one dose (200ml) of Big-W into the base of the machine
4. Run machine once on normal setting
5. When a cycle is finished, the machine is ready to use.

Descaling your washing machine

1. Empty machine
2. Pour one dose (200ml) of Big-W into the detergent tray
3. Run the machine on one normal cycle at 40 degrees
4. No prewash
5. When the cycle is finished, the machine is ready to use.
